Requesting deletion of your data

Development 360

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Development 360 is a customer relationship management ("CRM") platform used by real-estate development companies. This page explains how to ask for your personal data to be deleted, who can act on that request, and how long it takes.

1. First, who holds your data

Which company can delete your data depends on how it reached us.

a) You contacted a developer company. You enquired about an apartment — by phone, on a website form, or through a Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp account belonging to that company — and they use Development 360 to manage enquiries. Your details sit in that company's workspace. They decide what is kept and what is deleted; we hold the data on their instructions only. Ask them first. If you do not know who they are, or cannot reach them, write to us and we will pass your request to the right company.

b) You have a Development 360 login. You work for a customer company and hold an account (admin, sales lead, agent or marketing). Your account details are ours to manage, and your company's administrator can also disable or remove your account.

2. How to ask

Send an email to privacy@development360.ge with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:

  • your full name;
  • the phone number or email address the company would have on file for you;
  • the name of the developer company you dealt with, if you know it;
  • if the contact came through Facebook or Instagram, the page or profile you wrote to, so the conversation can be found.

You do not need an account, a form, or any special wording. A plain email is enough.

We may ask for something that confirms you are the person the data is about. We ask for the minimum needed and delete the proof afterwards.

3. What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request.
  2. If the data belongs to a customer's workspace, we identify that company and pass the request to them as the controller, telling you who they are.
  3. If the data is ours to delete — your Development 360 account and its related records — we delete it.
  4. We reply with what was done.

We act without undue delay and, in any event, within the period required by the applicable law. Where a request must be routed to a customer company, the deletion itself is theirs to perform, and they are subject to the same deadlines.

4. Data that arrives through Facebook and Instagram

If a developer company has connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to Development 360, messages you send to that company, and lead forms you submit to it, are copied into that company's workspace: your message text, your display name and username, your profile picture, and any phone number or email you provided.

Deleting a message in Messenger or Instagram does not remove the copy already delivered to the company's CRM. To have that copy deleted, use the request above. You can also remove the company's access to future messages in your own Facebook or Instagram settings, but that does not delete what was already received.

5. What we may keep, and why

Deletion does not always mean every trace disappears at once:

  • Backups. Copies persist in encrypted backups for a short period until those are overwritten.
  • Legal obligations. Where a law requires a record to be kept — an invoice, for example — that record is retained for the required period and deleted afterwards.
  • Records of the request itself. We keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made and honoured, so we can show we complied.
